To ensure everything runs smoothly, please read before placing an order.

Orders & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before collection.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Changes

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Late cancellations may result in the full balance still being due.
• Date changes may be accommodated with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

Collection

• Collection times will be agreed in advance and must be adhered to.
• A late collection fee may apply if collection is significantly delayed.
• Failure to collect your order on the agreed date/time may result in the order being disposed of, with no refund given.

Allergens

• All bakes are made in a home kitchen that handles allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
• Please inform me of any allergies when ordering.

Designs & Custom Orders

• All items are handmade to order, so slight variations in design, colour, and finish may occur.
• Inspiration photos can be used, however exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

Collection & Responsibility

• Once the order has been collected, full responsibility is transferred to the customer.
• I am not liable for any damage, loss, or issues that occur after collection, including transport, handling, or storage.

Storage & Care

• Please carry the cake from the base/box, not from the sides or top.
• Keep the cake flat and secure during transport, ideally on the passenger footwell or car floor.
• Avoid placing the cake on seats or uneven surfaces.
• Do not have the heating on high, as heat can damage the cake.
• Store cakes in the fridge unless otherwise advised.
• Remove from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving for best taste and texture.

Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not provided once the order has been collected.

Other

• Portion sizes are a guide only and may vary.
